Meridith Jochum

Her Stride Physical Therapy & Wellness is founded upon my mission to help support and empower female athletes to participate in the sports and activities that they love. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with experience in pediatric physical therapy, I have a passion for helping adolescent athletes optimize their movement to pave the way for participation in sports throughout their lives. I am also a certified run coach through the Road Runner’s Club of America and enjoy helping runners throughout their training process. My services include physical therapy and run coaching.
